The Ivory Tower Click on an Image to enlarge The building known as the "Ivory Tower" and at one time held the Festival Cafeteria, located on the lower level.
The upper floor of this dormitory building has many simple rooms, containing one or more beds and a chair or two.
The rooms may be plain, but they are welcome indeed after a long day of activities during feasts!
This humble kitchen once served the festival congregation.
The cafeteria area is now used for weekly Boy Scout Troop 777 meetings. During festivals, evening fellowship as well as snacks are served by the church youth groups and local families.
